The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is only a short distance from the airport. the staff is very friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant stay. the rooms are spacious and have a mini-fridge, which is handy for keeping drinks and snacks. the restaurant manager was particularly helpful in arranging private transportation at a reasonable price.
The decor of the rooms could use an update. Although it does not affect the overall experience, it is noteworthy.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was great, with easy access to places of interest and even to Cox's Bazar. the room was nice and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were also impressed with the service, as they allowed us to leave our bags while we went on road trips. the breakfast was delicious and there were facilities like a mini-fridge in the room.
The decor in the hotel could use some upgrades.
